Music festivals are the ultimate celebration of both artist and audience. 2017 editions for many are officially in rearview and it’s time to think about making 2018 “I was there!” memories. Allow us to suggest the 10 iconic must-see events to catch your favorite artists in action.


#10. AFROPUNK FEST Brooklyn


Headliners (2017): Gary Clark JR, Michael Kiwanuka, Soul II Soul, Kaytranada

Afro Punk is a joyous event that embraces and celebrates the African spirit of rhythm and color, a community culture especially in the punk and alt scene. It’s lineup is always impressive with artists from urban and international scenes, punk and alt dance. Jay-Z wanted to bring like minded people together and help them to "trade of each others culture". Never a bad thing in this time of unrest and distrust. Jay-Z for 2020!
This 2 day event is a great excuse to turn it into a weekend getaway with headliners you won’t be disappointed in.

I think this would be my top of list! 4 days, thousands of happy campers, literally, 10+ stages and comedy. Oh and of course it’s all wrapped up with the best sound stage(s) ever on a farm~!
